Job Details
– Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh
– Salary: Up to ₹32 LPA (Final CTC will depend on experience and interview)
– Experience: 18+ Years
Key Responsibilities
– Lead end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations at the solar structure manufacturing plant.
– Plan and execute dispatch schedules for timely delivery of finished goods.
– Manage material loading, vehicle allocation, and coordination with transporters.
– Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, Sales, and Finance teams.
– Ensure proper documentation, invoicing coordination, and dispatch records.
– Optimize transportation costs, vehicle utilization, and delivery schedules.
– Manage and lead the dispatch team and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
– 18+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations.
– Experience in the manufacturing industry; preferably solar structures, steel fabrication, or heavy engineering.
– Strong leadership, planning, communication, and coordination skills.
– Good knowledge of transportation management and logistics cost control.
– Ability to handle high-volume dispatch operations and team management.
– Knowledge of ERP systems and documentation processes will be an added advantage.
