Job Title: Freight Invoice & Transporter Bill Verification Executive
Industry: Limited ERW / CDW Pipe Plant
Job Details
– Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh
– Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (CTC)
– Experience: 3–5 years (relevant)
– Qualification: B.Com / Finance / Accounting / Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
– Verify transporter bills against POD, GRN, and purchase orders.
– Check rates, weight slabs, and agreed tariffs.
– Identify discrepancies and overcharges.
– Coordinate with transporters and the logistics team for bill resolution.
– Prepare bills for final approval and payment.
Required Skills
– Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
– Experience with ERP systems (Navision / SAP / Tally)
– Good communication skills to deal with transporters.
– Good numerical and analytical skills.
