Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end SMS operations covering Induction Furnace (IF), LRF, and CCM.
2. Drive production, yield, quality, cost, and plant utilization targets.
3. Develop SMS strategy and long-term capacity plans.
4. Optimize power, alloy, refractory, and scrap consumption.
5. Lead capacity expansion, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
6. Ensure steel-grade quality and support new product development.
7. Implement TPM, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and OEE improvement initiatives.
8. Ensure zero-harm safety and statutory/environmental compliance.
9. Build leadership teams, succession planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Qualification
– B.E. / B.Tech
– Metallurgy preferred
