Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RO Operator to operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring water treatment operations, maintaining water quality standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring smooth plant functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor RO plant systems, pumps, valves, filters, and membranes.
Start-up and shutdown of RO systems as per SOP.
Monitor water parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, flow rate, and conductivity.
Perform routine maintenance, membrane cleaning, and filter replacement.
Maintain daily operational logs and chemical consumption records.
Handle chemical dosing and ensure proper usage of anti-scalants and cleaning chemicals.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Ensure smooth operation of WTP/ETP/STP systems if required.
Follow safety standards, GMP, and company procedures.
Maintain housekeeping and hygiene in the utility area.
Required Skills
Knowledge of RO plant operation and water treatment process.
Understanding of pumps, membranes, pressure vessels, and filtration systems.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Ability to maintain records and reports.
Awareness of safety and chemical handling procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in FMCG, Food, Pharma, Chemical, or Manufacturing Industry preferred.
Experience in utility operations and water treatment systems.
Immediate joiners preferred.
