Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance leader to head large-scale financial operations across multiple business verticals. The candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, corporate governance, business strategy, compliance, and overall financial performance management at the group level.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and proven expertise in managing complex financial structures for large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage group-level financial operations across multiple business units.
Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, MIS, and statutory compliance.
Manage group consolidation and corporate finance activities.
Coordinate with banking institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Drive fund management, working capital optimization, and cash flow planning.
Strengthen internal controls, audit systems, and governance frameworks.
Support management in strategic decision-making and expansion planning.
Lead multi-location finance teams and ensure operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
Must have experience handling large-scale business turnover of ₹9000 – ₹10000 Crore.
Prior experience in Group CFO / Corporate Finance leadership role preferred.
Strong exposure to manufacturing or diversified business groups.
Excellent knowledge of financial strategy, planning, controls, and governance.
Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage cross-functional and multi-vertical financial operations.
Qualification
CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong corporate finance and leadership background.
Compensation
Salary will be based on experience, expertise, and current compensation structure.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to Group Management Board / Senior Leadership.
