Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of structural steel products for Railway, Metro and Infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian Railways, RDSO, L&T, EPC companies, consultants and key clients.
Identify new business opportunities and lead tendering & bid management.
Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
Achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
20+ years of sales experience in structural steel / railway infrastructure / transmission / industrial structures.
Strong exposure to RDSO-approved products and standards.
Experience in working with L&T and other major EPC / infrastructure companies.
Proven track record in tendering, business development and order acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
