Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement campaigns to generate high-quality leads for business growth.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Brand Management: Strengthen brand presence and recognition through consistent messaging and campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Content Strategy: Work with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Additional Advantage: Experience with packaging industry marketing.
