KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting & forecasting.
Oversee financial reporting, compliance & governance.
Optimize capital structure, funding & treasury operations.
Drive profitability, cost optimization & value creation.
Lead M&A, risk management & investor relations.
Partner with leadership team to drive growth & transformation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 20+ years of post-qualification experience.
Proven experience as Group CFO / Head of Finance in Limited ERW Pipe Industry.
Turnover experience of ₹9000 to ₹10000 Cr in one time.
Strong expertise in finance, taxation, compliance & regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills.
