Electrical Head

We are looking to hire an experienced , located in the steel manufacturing sector.
🔹 Position: Electrical Head
🔹 Location: Gandhidham
🔹 Industry: Steel / Heavy Manufacturing
🔹 CTC: ₹16 Lakh per annum
🔹 Experience Required: 10–15+ years
🔹 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT electrical systems.
• Manage substation operations, electrical load distribution, and energy efficiency.
• Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory electrical safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Production, Utility, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
• Expertise in PLC/SCADA systems, transformers, switchgear, and industrial automation is essential.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in steel, power, or other heavy industries is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance planning experience.
