KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage complete ERW Tube Mill operations.
Ensure achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets.
Monitor forming, welding, sizing, cutting, hydrotesting, and finishing processes.
Improve productivity, yield, machine utilization, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Dispatch teams.
Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
Lead manpower planning, team development, and performance management.
QUALIFICATION
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgical, or related discipline.
Candidates with exceptional Tube Mill experience may be considered irrespective of qualification.
EXPERIENCE
30+ Years of Experience in ERW Pipe & Tube Manufacturing.
Extensive experience in handling complete ERW Tube Mill Operations and plant leadership roles.
