Job Title: Director’s Personal Assistant

Job Summary:

The Director’s Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication, computer proficiency, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle official correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for follow-ups and updates.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips and meetings.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
Assist in project tracking, task monitoring, and meeting minutes preparation.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Director.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Smart personality, discipline, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Male candidate, age 22–35 years.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
Candidates from corporate or manufacturing setups preferred.
