Role Objective
The Crane Foreman will be responsible for safe, efficient, and planned crane operations within the plant, ensuring zero accidents, smooth material movement, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of EOT, Hydra, Mobile, and Yard Cranes
Allocate work to crane operators and riggers
Ensure proper lifting plans, load charts, and safety protocols
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dispatch teams
Inspect cranes, slings, hooks, and lifting tools regularly
Maintain operation logs, permits, and safety checklists
Ensure statutory and safety compliance during lifting activities
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years experience as Crane Foreman / Senior Crane Operator
Strong knowledge of heavy lifting, rigging practices, and crane safety
Experience in manufacturing / steel / heavy industry preferred
Ability to lead teams and handle high-risk operations
