Assistant Manager / Manager – Production
Sunflower / Palm Oil Refinery
Job Details
Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
Salary: ₹12–14 LPA
Experience: 8+ Years
Working Hours: 8 Hours Duty
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities in Sunflower / Palm Oil Refinery.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, plant & machinery to achieve production targets.
Monitor Neutralization, Bleaching, Deodorization, Fractionation & Packing operations.
Ensure product quality, yield improvement and process efficiency.
Implement production plans as per SOP and safety standards.
Control raw material consumption and minimize losses.
Prepare daily / monthly production reports.
Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, PPC & Stores departments.
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Diploma in Chemical Engineering with relevant experience will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of edible oil refining processes.
Experience in production planning & process optimization.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Experience with DCS/PLC systems will be an advantage.
