– Position: Sr. Manager / AGM – HR
– Experience: 15+ Years
– Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / MSW / Any Graduate with relevant HR qualifications
– Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA
Key Responsibilities
– Manage complete HR and Administration operations at plant level.
– Handle industrial relations, labour law compliance, and statutory requirements.
– Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and workforce management.
– Oversee payroll, attendance, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
– Manage factory HR operations and contract labour compliance.
– Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
– Lead and manage the HR team and support organizational development.
Candidate Profile
– Minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience.
– Experience in the Steel ERW / Steel Structure Manufacturing industry is mandatory (preferred).
– Strong knowledge of factory HR, labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
– Experience in handling a large manufacturing workforce and multi-location operations.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
