Job Details
– Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh
– Industry: Solar Structure Manufacturing
– Experience: 15–20+ Years (Preferred)
– Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Production or Related Discipline)
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and capacity utilization.
2. Manage PPC for solar mounting structures and steel fabrication components.
3. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
4. Ensure timely execution of customer orders and project deliveries.
5. Monitor material availability, inventory control, and optimize resource utilization.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
7. Drive process improvements, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction.
8. Lead and develop the PPC team.
Key Skills
– Strong expertise in PPC, MRP, and production scheduling.
– Experience in solar structures, steel fabrication, or structural manufacturing.
– Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced MS Excel.
– Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple orders and tight delivery timelines.

– On-time production completion and dispatch.
– Production plan adherence.
– Capacity utilization and productivity.
– Material yield and wastage reduction.
– Inventory control and cost optimization.
