Designation: Manager / Senior Manager
Job Requirements
– Experience: 15–20 Years
– Qualification: CA / CMA
– Industry Preference: Steel / Metals / Cement / Power / Engineering / Process Industry
Key Responsibilities
1. Product-wise costing, BOM costing, and cost estimates.
2. Cost driver analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
3. Monthly variance analysis against budget and standards.
4. Daily, weekly, and monthly management MIS and dashboards.
5. Budgets, forecasts, business plans, and projections.
6. Profitability analysis by product, customer, and segment.
7. Verify vendor bills, debit/credit notes, and JVs.
8. Support month/year-end closing and statutory, internal, and cost audits.
9. Process automation in SAP/Excel reporting.
Required Skills
– Product and standard costing.
– Inventory valuation and variance analysis.
– SAP (FI/CO/MM).
– Advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query, Power Pivot).
– Power BI (preferred).
– Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
5–15 years in Costing, MIS, Budgeting, or Financial Analysis in manufacturing.
