Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day packing operations in refinery/edible oil plant.
Manage packing manpower and shift activities.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, weighing and dispatch processes.
Monitor production targets, quality and material utilization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch departments.
Maintain packing-related records and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
