JOB DETAILS
Industry: Solar Structure Manufacturing
Location: Ghaziabad (UP)
Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production / Civil)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain quality documents such as QAP, Inspection Reports and Joint Inspection Reports.
Well familiar with reading and understanding drawings of Solar Structure.
Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials like Channel, Beam, fabricated parts as per drawing.
Carry out stage-wise and final inspection of the product as per Standard Drawings / Approved QAP.
Understand and have knowledge of Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) process, quality requirements and common galvanizing defects.
Ensure that calibrated instruments are used for inspection and testing.
Co-ordinate with Third Party Inspection agency.
Carry out all physical and chemical testing as per the Quality Assurance Plan.
Prepare and maintain all dimensional reports as per the approved drawings / Quality Assurance Plan.
