JOB DETAILS
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Metrology
Experience: 5+ Years in Quality Control / Metrology, preferably in ERW / CDW / Tube Mill
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA CTC
Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day Quality Control and Metrology activities
Inspect raw materials, in-process production and finished ERW/CDW pipes
Conduct dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments
Ensure calibration and maintenance of gauges and instruments
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
Monitor rejection, rework and quality improvement activities
Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and applicable standards (API, ASTM, BIS, etc.)
Identify defects, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
Support internal, customer and third-party inspections and audits
Ensure compliance with plant quality procedures and standards
