HOT DIP GALVANIZING (HDG)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsibility for Structural Galvanizing Production & Plant Operations.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) process.
Plan, monitor & control production to achieve targets with optimum quality & safety.
Manage resources, manpower & equipment effectively.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, process parameters & delivery schedules.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost optimization & operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies & statutory requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience in Structural Galvanizing / Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) industry.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Production & Plant Operations.
Strong leadership, team management & problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality control, GI coating standards & plant maintenance.
Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering (preferred).
