Faridabad, Uttar Pradesh
Aurangabad, Maharashtra

🏭 Industry: ERW Pipe Manufacturing Plant (AT LIMITED)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare invoices, challans and dispatch documents
Handle daily dispatch and billing activities
Coordinate with production, stores, sales, transporters and customers
Maintain dispatch records in Excel / ERP
Coordinate vehicle loading and dispatch schedules
Ensure timely and accurate billing & documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Dispatch / Billing in ERW Pipe / Steel Manufacturing Plant (AT LIMITED)
Computer knowledge is mandatory
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office & ERP
Experience in billing, dispatch documentation & vehicle coordination
Knowledge of steel / pipe industry will be an advantage
Good communication and documentation skills
Preference will be given to candidates from relevant industry
