Key Responsibilities
Procurement of Process Chemicals, Packaging Material, Engineering Spares & Consumables.
Ensure zero production loss due to material shortage.
Develop & negotiate with suppliers and reduce material costs.
Selection of vendors, negotiation in tendering process & finalization with vendors.
Generate Purchase Order, follow up for timely delivery and co-ordination with transporters.
Cost reduction through industrial benchmarking.
Maintain business system integrity regarding supply orders.
Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies.
