Job Details
Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Up to ₹35 Lakh P.A. (Negotiable)
Experience: Minimum 20+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for production operations of ERW / MS Black Pipe Plant.
Plan daily production, ensure target achievement with quality & safety.
Manage manpower, shifts, discipline & overall production activities.
Monitor productivity, yield & rejection; take corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality & store for smooth production.
Focus on cost control, process efficiency & on-time dispatch.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 20+ years of experience in ERW / MS Black Pipe manufacturing.
Strong experience in ERW Tube Mill production.
Hands-on knowledge of production process, manpower management & quality control.
Experience in achieving production targets with safety & cost efficiency.
Candidates currently working as Plant Head / GM Production / GM Operations / Works Head / Unit Head preferred.
