QC HEAD – ERW TUBE MILL
SHORT SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced QC Head – ERW Tube Mill to lead quality control operations, ensure product excellence, and drive continuous improvement across all quality systems.

Salary
Up to ₹28 LPA
(Based on Experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead QC/QA function for ERW tube manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with BIS, ASTM, API, IS and customer quality standards.
Monitor raw material, in-process and finished tube inspection.
Oversee lab testing, NDT, hydrotesting, mechanical testing & metallurgical evaluations.
Drive root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
Manage customer complaints, audits and quality certifications.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance & Dispatch teams for zero-defect output.
Develop & implement quality systems, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and mentor the QC team across shifts.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
15 – 25+ years of experience in ERW Tube/Pipe Manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years in a senior quality leadership role.
Strong exposure to tube mill operations, testing standards and quality management systems.
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production Engineering or equivalent.
