📍 Location: Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat
💰 Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Equivalent
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
⏰ Working Hours: 8 Hours
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage and support IT systems
✔️ Provide L2 technical support & troubleshooting
✔️ Deploy and maintain laptops, desktops & mobile devices
✔️ Manage video conferencing systems
✔️ Handle ServiceNow tickets & IT inventory
✔️ Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
✔️ ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
✔️ Basic networking knowledge
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder management
✔️ Ability to work in factory environment
