🎓 Qualification & Experience
B.Tech (Chemical) from a premium institute with 13–14 years of experience in Alumina / Bayer Process within the chemical industry.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Independently run and manage a medium-size chemical plant with full operational responsibility
✔ Hands-on operational experience of Crushers, Conveyors, Ball Mills, Reactors, Settlers & Washers, Diastor Filters, FHE, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Precipitation systems, and Solid-Liquid Separation
✔ Oversee end-to-end alumina refining operations including digestion, clarification, precipitation, and residue disposal
✔ Monitor and improve process KPIs such as yield, energy consumption, caustic efficiency, and throughput
