Job Title: Fitter / Sr. Fitter
Location: Gandhidham
Industry: Refinery
Employment Type: On-roll
Salary & Benefits
Fitter: ₹45,000 per month
Sr. Fitter: Salary as per experience & skills (higher range)
Experience: Minimum 4 years for Fitter, 7+ years for Sr. Fitter
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Benefits: Transport facility provided
Key Responsibilities
Fit, assemble, and install mechanical parts, pipelines, and machinery in refinery projects
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and blueprints
Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
Ensure precision alignment and proper functioning of equipment
Assist in commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs
Follow refinery safety standards and ensure workplace compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Fitter or Mechanical discipline
Relevant industrial/refinery experience (minimum 4 years for Fitter, 7+ for Sr. Fitter)
Skilled in using hand tools, machines, and measuring instruments
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
